Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every bundle and box is carefully curated and packaged with intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping.


📬 Processing Times

Because each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged, processing times vary by product type:

🌿 Surprise Bundles
Ships within 2–4 business days.

📖 Handpicked Story Bundles
Ships within 4–7 business days.
(Additional time allows for personalized curation based on your Wishlist or TBR selections.)

📦 Hidden Chapter Boxes
Ships within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Limited or monthly specialty boxes may ship on a specified release date.

✨ Stickers & Greeting Cards
Ships within 2–3 business days.
Orders containing only small paper goods typically ship quickly and are carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage.

🖤 3D Bookish Decor
Ships within 3–5 business days.
Due to the nature of handmade or specialty 3D items, additional processing time ensures quality checks and secure packaging.

If your order contains multiple product types, processing time will follow the item with the longest stated timeframe.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


📦 Packaging

All bundles and boxes are packaged securely to protect books and specialty items during transit. I take great care in making sure your order arrives beautifully and safely.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

The Hidden Story Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.


📮 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please email within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office

  • If still unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist


International Orders

We are happy to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Hidden Story Shop does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes required by your country. If these charges are not paid and the package is refused or returned, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
